During the COVID-19 pandemic, they responded swiftly to the unprecedented needs of their community. Recognizing the hardships many families faced, they organized large-scale food distribution efforts to ensure access to fresh and nutritious food during a time of great uncertainty. Over the course of twelve consecutive weeks, they coordinated the distribution of more than 1,000 boxes of fresh food each weekend, providing critical assistance to families experiencing financial hardship and food insecurity.
